SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you purchased an item from our website and you are not 100% satisfied with an item, just return it in its original packaging and in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the product cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

What is the Shipping Area?
Right now, our website is only shipping to clients in U.S., Canada, Australia & U.K.

How to Apply Refund?
If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service mail: info@sensensi.com, providing your order number and any refund reasons, then we will deal with it and reply back.

How to Return Web Orders?
Simply fill your order number, and include it along with a copy of your invoice/packing slip with the product you’re returning.

Restrictions:
Books, videos, personalized items and special ordered items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
All returned items must be in the original packaging with no writing or stickers on them.

If a package appears damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it. If you discover the damage after opening the box, do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise, as examination by the carrier’s inspectors may be necessary.
